Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled an appointment with [Fresh-N-Up Cleaning Services] we select a cleaning technician for you and secure the day and time you have selected. We understand that life does not always go as planned. However, if it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, we ask that you please call our office at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning session. We are happy to accommodate you with a cancellation refund or reschedule your appointment however, that will be subject to availability. Canceling/rescheduling prior to 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning, will allow us ample time to make the necessary adjustments to our daily schedule. If we do not receive 24 hours notice, an additional $50 fee will be charged to your payment method for a rescheduled appointment, or the $50 fee will be deduction from your cancellation refund.

We work hard to protect the privacy of our website visitors. Some of our site’s registration forms require visitors to disclose information such as name, address, e-mail address, etc. This information is used solely by Fresh-N-Up Cleaning Services to respond to your requests and to occasionally notify you about important changes to our site, new products/services and information we think you’ll find valuable.
