Three years ago, our founder had a strong desire to help others and kicked it all off as a solo cleaning extraordinaire. Within the first year she developed quite a reputation for her use of eco-friendly products in conjunction with a passion for customer service and unique attention to detail. Since then she has amassed a robust staff that sports her vision of maintaining the highest standards so that clients can focus on what is most important.

We take pride in health and safety in our approach to effective cleaning, using majority of Eco-friendly Products.  Fresh N Up Cleaning Services employs the DMAIC methodology to ensure that the client’s needs are being met fully. The objective is to constantly improve processes and eliminate defects throughout the duration of the contract.  The Six Sigma includes six phases:   

• Define: Create a project scope Measure: 
• The client provides us with evaluations. 
• The data gathered from evaluation processes helps inform improvement needs. 
• Analyze: Identify the root causes of what needs to be improved, whether it be personnel or product related. 
• Improve: Solve the root causes found.
• Providing the safest product that would not bring harm to the body.
